Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, absolutely. We take great care to ensure our product photos accurately represent the colors, materials, and details of each lingerie item. Please note that slight variations may occur due to different screen displays or lighting — but what you see is what you get, down to the lace and stitch.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Your sales receipt will be emailed to the address you used at checkout immediately after your order is confirmed. You can also view and download all your receipts anytime by logging into your account under “Order History” or “My Invoices.”

How can I return an item?

We want you to love how you feel in our lingerie. If something isn't right, you can return unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of delivery. Simply visit our Returns Portal (link below), print your prepaid label, and drop it off at any local post office. A small return fee may apply depending on your location.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

It depends on the collection. Many of our core styles and bestsellers are restocked regularly — you can click “Notify Me When Available” on any out-of-stock product page, and we'll email you the moment it's back. For limited-edition or seasonal lingerie sets, restocks may not happen, so we recommend grabbing your favorites while they last.

Where can I ship my order?

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including PO boxes and military APO/FPO addresses. International shipping is available to select countries — you can check if we ship to yours at checkout. Please note that customs fees, if any, are the responsibility of the recipient.
